First off mans, This is my very first evaluation, so I express regret upfront if I ignored anything else.
I have this unit for a TOYOTA CAMRY '06 and I was once like everyone else when I was trying to make a decision which adaptation to buy. There were NO evaluations online ANYWHERE instead of the video overviews from Sonic Electronix and Crutchfield (but they both did an ok job).
I am happy with my buy. I offered it mid June 2009
The screen is nice, however when it is actually solarny outside, the DVD video seems used to behed out because of the touchscreen layer. The GPS, radio, and ipod/iphone monitors appear advantageous. It's just the DVD playback that is now not brilliant sufficient under excessive sunlight. When the sun is somewhat extra forgiving, like throughout solarset, the vividness is wonderful. And when your automotive is under any shade, the brightness is okay. Overall, the decision and colors seem to be just right and the brilliantness adjusts to your headlights.

GPS is best than in my Lincoln! Love the DVD player. All features can be utilized while riding when you ground the emergency brake wire coming from the unit, alternatively unlawful in places.
